Description from the official website: “Phonic Soup” is a developmentally appropriate, language-based phonemic awareness program which teaches equentially and methodically the skills associated with phonemic awareness: rhyming, alliteration, letter recognition, sound-symbol association, sound blending, sound segmenting, simple reading decoding, and early spelling skills.   Through the use of multi-sensory language-enriched materials, a unique connection is made between language and phonic experiences.   “Phonic Soup” program offers reading and beginning reading materials that are appropriate for use with youngsters aged 2 years through 7 years.
